Prices advertised on this site are F.O.B. point of shipment and are exclusive of all sales, use, excise or other taxes. While every effort is made to keep prices consistent, we reserve the right to adjust prices at our discretion with proper notice to Purchaser.  
There are no minimum size order requirements or any handling charges for small shipments.
For overnight delivery, orders must be received before 11:00 am EST. We ship the most economical way depending on the mix of products purchased. Most orders will ship via small package carriers like UPS and Federal Express Ground Service and will appear on your invoice. When orders exceed UPS and Federal Express limits on size or weight we then ship via well-known common carriers whose charges will also appear on your invoice. We do not ship COD.  

If the order is delivered via Freight, customer may receive an additional upcharge from freight company due to the following: Lift Gate services are needed, Residential delivery, Hand unload, or Call before delivery request. Customer is responsible for these accessorial charges incurred. 

If delivery attempt is made and there is nobody present to receive shipment, customer is responsible for additional cost of re-delivery charges by freight company.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Your total satisfaction is our goal. At Fixtures and Displays, we stand behind our products 100% and guarantee that they be free of factory defects or your money back.

Fixtures and Displays understands that certain purchases may need to be returned however, no merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from our customer service department. Fixtures and Displays will only accept returns within 30 days of invoice date and is subject to 10% restocking charge. Returns must be in original cartons in order to receive credit. Custom printed orders are not returnable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact cs@FixturesAndDisplays.com and request a return authorization number and state reason for return. You will receive shipping instructions via email shortly thereafter. 

Damage Claims
When merchandise arrives visibly damaged please indicate this when signing the delivery receipt and have the driver sign your copy of receipt. You can now file a claim directly with the carrier. Do not refuse the shipment or return it yourself. Contact Fixtures and Displays for assistance. Keep all original cartons and any packing material. When there is interior damage or a visible product defect, contact us and we will try to resolve the problem.
