The swedge or “stay-square” end of this 3" Chrome Swedge Stem for Sign Holders keeps your sign facing in the proper direction. Unlike threaded stems, the swedge stem will not cause the sign to rotate when the sign is knocked or the rack is moved. Most standard clothing racks and merchandisers come with predrilled holes that accept a swedge cup (such as our SWCP, sold separately), which does not pivot out of place. When the 3" Chrome Swedge Stem for Sign Holders is used in conjunction with our SC21 clamp (sold separately), it can be attached easily to any flat surface.
