Pricing 
Prices advertised on this site are F.O.B. point of shipment and are exclusive of all sales, use, excise or other taxes.  While every effort is made to keep prices consistent, we reserve the right to adjust prices at our discretion with proper notice to Purchaser.  
 
Minimums
There are no minimum size order requirements or any handling charges for small shipments.
 
Shipping
We ship the most economical way depending on the mix of products purchased.  Most orders will ship via small package carriers like UPS and Federal Express Ground Service and will appear on your invoice.  When orders exceed UPS and Federal Express limits on size or weight we then ship via well-known common carriers whose charges will also appear on your invoice.  We do not ship COD. 
 
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
 
Returns
Fixtures and Displays will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.  We will accept returns only within 30 days of date of purchase with a valid explanation.  You are responsible for freight charges should a return by necessary.  Items must be returned in original cartons. There will be a 20% restocking charge if an item is returned and subject to inspection upon receipt.
 
Damage Claims
When merchandise arrives visibly damaged please indicate this when signing the delivery receipt and have the driver sign your copy of receipt.  You can now file a claim directly with the carrier.  Do not refuse the shipment or return it yourself. Contact Fixtures and Displays for assistance.  Keep all original cartons and any packing material. When there is interior damage or a visible product defect, contact us and we will try to resolve the problem.
