Shipping Information

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We do not ship to a P.O. Box. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates will appear on the shopping cart page and in checkout.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

At this time we do not offer ordering online for international shipments, if you are located outside the Continental U.S., Puerto Rico or Canada, you must send us an email at  cs@FixturesandDisplays.com requesting a freight quote and listing the quantities and products you desire and your exact shipping address and contact information.  Additionally, the type of freight service you desire must be specified and whether it is airfreight and if so, how fast you require delivery.

Because we are unable to calculate international freight rates and do not take into account duty, taxes and other charges, we are unable to accept  your order online.  We will gladly ship your order but you first must contact us by email at cs@FixturesandDisplays.com with your request. .
