Return Policy
Your total satisfaction is our goal. At Fixtures and Displays, we stand behind our products 100% and guarantee that they be free of factory defects or your money back.
Fixtures and Displays understands that certain purchases may need to be returned however, no merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from our customer service department. Fixtures and Displays will only accept returns within 30 days of invoice date and is subject to 10% restocking charge. Returns must be in original cartons in order to receive credit. Custom printed orders are not returnable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact sales@FixturesAndDisplays.com and request a return authorization number and state reason for return. You will receive shipping instructions via email shortly thereafter.
