How long will it take to receive my order once placed?
Once an order is placed we will pack it and ship it within 24 hours.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is packed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will show the shipping method that you have chosen at checkout and the tracking number for that order. You will be able to track your order on the web page of which ever service you have chosen.
How can I return/exchange an item?

How can I use my coupons online?
If you have a valid coupon code, you enter it at the bottom of the checkout page. If the coupon code is not valid, a warning will prompt you that the code was not accepted. If it is valid, you will get a prompt telling you that the coupon code has been applied to your order.
What do I do if I forget my password to sign into the website?
If you forget your password information, click the "Forgot Password" link on the log-in page. You will be prompted to enter your email address, you will then receive an email with a link that allows you to enter a new password to log-in to your account.
What is best way to get product information or advise if I am unsure about a purchase?
The fastest way to get an accurate answer is to send an email to our Customer Service Department at cs@FixturesandDisplays.com describing in detail the products in question and your concerns. Please include all your contact information. We will forward your question to our product experts or contact the manufacturer if necessary and provide a full detailed response by email or by phone. I live outside of the US and Canada, can I place an order?
Because our freight software does not calculate international freight rates and cannot take into account a variety of duty, taxes and other charges, you cannot place your order online. We will gladly ship your order but you first must contact us by email at cs@FixturesandDisplays.com and list products and quantities desired and type of international freight service you desire. Airfreight has different rates depending on how fast you require delivery so please include necessary delivery time. Also include shipping address information and postal code. Please include your name, email address and business or cell phone number so we can get back to with product cost and freight amount.
If my shipping address is Hawaii or Alaska, why am I not getting a freight estimate in my shopping cart?
The carriers we use require us to call to request the freight quote for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii. Therefore it is your responsibility to contact the Customer Service deptment to request a quote after you place the order. Failure to request the freight quote will only delay your shipment. Email your request to cs@FixturesandDisplays.com including all contact information, items desired, quantities and type of service required or date you must receive goods and we will contact you shortly.
